Classroom privacy
TechelleTeach is operated by 2C Production for teacher-managed classroom use. Contact the owner at jcalvin@2cproduction.com for access, corrections, exports, or deletion requests.
What the application stores
Teacher account email and name, student username, optional school email and display name, class enrollment, submitted answers, scores, feedback, uploaded curriculum PDFs, and generated teaching materials. Usernames and emails are personal information and are protected as classroom records.
Who can see the records
The owner and approved teachers share the classroom workspace. A signed-in student can see only their own available lessons and results. Anonymous visitors cannot access rosters, submissions, or grades. Individual access codes are stored as hashes, and sign-in uses secure session cookies.
AI and service providers
When a teacher selects Generate, the uploaded administration and reference PDFs and curriculum instructions are sent to OpenAI to draft teaching material. Do not upload student records or other sensitive information. The current application does not send roster data or student answers to OpenAI. Sites and its infrastructure providers host the application, database and file storage. Google supplies basic account identity when Google sign-in is used. No Gmail or Google Drive access is requested.
Retention and school use
Classroom records remain stored until the owner arranges deletion. Closing a lesson removes its teaching content from student access but preserves that student's saved work and grade history. Contact the owner to request correction, export, or deletion. Schools must authorize the service and establish their required student-data terms before enrolling real students. This first release is not a claim of district approval or independent compliance certification.
Teacher review
Generated content and checklist mappings are drafts. Teachers review curriculum accuracy, accessibility, answer keys and final grades before use. Automatically scored objective quiz responses are shown separately from teacher-approved grades.
